The Surfer's Path Issue 2

Issue 2, We had a mission getting all of the early issues together and this one was AWOL for a while, and obviously none of the original files exist either, but the content within is gold.  Issue 2 features a brilliant insight into surfing and surf culture in Barbados. The North East of England gets a first look with a brilliant article by Gabe Davies, and some really good shots. Sri Lanka continues Pete Ash's global journeys of discovery in the 1970s and is a beautifully written piece which will have you booking tickets. Finally there is France, and a a specific session at VVF front he late nineties, I had nothing to do with The Path then, but happened to be one of five in the water that day, Carwyn Williams, Taj Burrow, Alex, Ian Battrick and legendary bodyboarder Danny Wall, it was some session, and it was my first brush with The Path.
