TSP Update

Rather than email the world, just a quick update, issue 105 is just shipping out, it took a little longer thanks to transport issues. Issue 106 will be out later in December. There are no more subscriptions available until after issue 108 in the spring now. We will likely have. few extra issue 105s and 106s and will put them all sale when we get them.
